Meditated for 6 minutes after waking up at around 10:30 am. Felt sleepy and dizzy. Method of meditation – counting exhales and observing the motion of my breath. Mind was wandering as usual. Nothing special.
During the day I read approx. 20 pages from D.Kahneman’s book “Thinking slow and fast”. I’ve been struggling with this book for already a month or so. Way too slow. Hope to finish it in the next few days. Still about 200 pages left.
Also spent time unwisely. Watched way too many youtube videos and also played a few chess games online. A new struggle begins tomorrow.
On positive. I worked out for half an hour or so. First steps are the hardest.
I’m hopeful about tomorrow.
