Not my best day. Very unproductive as most of my days seem to be these days. Woke up at about 9:30 and went to sleep at about 1:00am. Poor quality of sleep once again. Even with a sleeping pill. I meditated routine 7 minutes, not more, not less. Read only about 20 pages. Otherwise spent much time on YouTube and watching NBA. Also played guitar a bit. Feel that I could have done much more. Feelings of waste, tiredness and mismanagement.
