Woke up at 10:20, went to sleep at about 2:00am. The pulsating feeling was milder. Spent most of the day researching and reading about a health condition (itchy inflammatory skin) which I probably share with a few other unlucky ones. Then Youtube and chess, of course. No control yet over my schedule. No clear goals yet. No purpose. But i meditated for 8 minutes as soon as I woke up. At least been sticking to that routine for a few days now. I have the idea to try and meditate also in the evenings. Will try tonight before going to bed.
